This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs the shipment and delivery of all physical products, materials, kits, and services ordered through the MySBA platform. MySBA is operated in association with Mavian Agrotech Pvt. Ltd. and the social initiatives of Swarnim Bharatvarsh Foundation. By placing an order on MySBA, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Roles & Responsibilities
A. MySBA (Platform Responsibility) MySBA acts as a digital platform, order management system, and service facilitator. Its responsibilities include: Displaying products, services, and project materials Receiving and processing customer orders Sharing order details with the respective fulfillment partner Providing order updates and tracking information Acting as a communication bridge between customers and partner organizations MySBA does not directly manufacture or physically ship products, unless explicitly stated.
B. Mavian Agrotech Pvt. Ltd. (Product & Commercial Order Fulfillment) Mavian Agrotech Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for: Manufacturing, packaging, and quality control of commercial and agrotech-related products Dispatching products to customers or MySBA-authorized centers Ensuring safe and proper packaging Sharing dispatch and tracking details with MySBA Handling product-related issues such as defects or damage at dispatch
C. Swarnim Bharatvarsh Foundation (Social Projects & Program Deliveries) Swarnim Bharatvarsh Foundation is responsible for: Distribution of educational kits, training materials, event resources, and social project items Delivery of materials to rural centers, volunteers, partner institutions, and beneficiaries Program-based logistics under initiatives such as Swadeshi Abhiyan, Jila Swavalamban Kendra, Yuva Udyamita Yatra, etc. Coordination with donors and institutions for sponsored material distribution
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within India. International shipping is not available unless specifically agreed in writing.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the nature of the order: Commercial Products (Mavian Agrotech Pvt. Ltd.): 5–10 working days after dispatch Training Kits, Event Materials & Foundation Deliveries: 7–15 working days depending on location and project schedule Bulk, Institutional or Customized Orders: Timelines will be communicated separately
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation. Some social project deliveries may be free under sponsored or CSR programs. Bulk or special deliveries may require additional logistics charges, which will be informed in advance.
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation (unless otherwise agreed for institutional orders). Once dispatched, the order cannot be modified or canceled.
6. Tracking & Communication All shipping-related updates including: Dispatch confirmation Tracking ID Delivery status will be shared via: SMS Email Or MySBA dashboard (where applicable)
7. Delivery Delays Delays may occur due to: Natural disasters Transport strikes Remote delivery locations Government restrictions Force majeure conditions MySBA, Mavian Agrotech Pvt. Ltd., and Swarnim Bharatvarsh Foundation shall not be held liable for delays caused by such uncontrollable factors, but full cooperation will be provided to resolve the situation.
8. Damaged or Missing Shipments If your order arrives: Damaged Incomplete Wrong item You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof. After verification, replacement or resolution will be initiated as per applicable policy.
9. Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing: Correct name Full address Correct PIN code Active mobile number MySBA will not be responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect address details.
10. Verification at Delivery Some deliveries may require: OTP confirmation ID verification Authorized receiver confirmation
11. Non-Delivery & Reattempts If delivery fails due to: Unreachable customer Wrong address Refused acceptance Reattempt charges may apply. If the product returns to origin, reshipping will be chargeable.
12. Digital Services & Online Programs For: Online training programs Memberships Digital courses Online events No physical shipping applies. Access is provided digitally through MySBA platforms.
13. Policy Updates This policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review it periodically.
